Company identity
The operating legal entity, registration/address and responsible contact must be published. DiasporaDock is currently presented as a working brand.
Goods and seller terms
Identify the actual seller, condition and warranty disclosures, cancellation and returns process, and the allocation of onward freight costs.
Shipping and equipment terms
Identify the organiser or equipment supplier, acceptance, cutoffs, quote expiry, cancellation, loss/damage, inspection, deposit and return responsibilities.
Assisted purchasing
State purchasing authority, fees, external retailer rights and the inspection scope before a customer approves a purchase.
Prohibited and restricted goods
The route owner must approve cargo rules and official documentation sources. No universal permission to ship batteries, liquids, hazardous or controlled goods is implied.
Complaints and takedown
Restricted complaint and listing-report forms route to separate review teams when enquiries are enabled. A report is not a public accusation.
Reviews and verification
No star ratings or partner endorsements are published. Any future review system must identify transaction verification, conflicts and moderation rules.
